Not recommendable. We received a broken Scooter. They change the bolt of the scooter handlebar which can break during your ride. So it is really very dangerous. There was no excuse at all and they wanted us paying for the broken bolt which we refused. After a discussion we agreed on rating them well on google maps and don‘t have to pay for the bolt. But it is really important for me to let you all know that their scooters are not safe and you better pay 10 more and rent it from a different store.

We had an excellent experience hiring electric scooters from SmartRide. The staff member we dealt with was super friendly and not at all pushy. The scooters themselves are a lot of fun - wizzing past any walkers runners and even cyclists - they have plenty of range and are easy to control. We spent about 5 hours navigating the streets of the historical centre and rode the entire stretch of the Green River. Very good value excursion.
